All content, trademarks, source code, and software developed by AlpheXa Labs remain our exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing as part of a client project agreement. Client project deliverables are governed by the specific terms outlined in the relevant project agreement or invoice.

4. Payments & Billing

All project payments and invoices must be settled as per the agreed terms before final delivery, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. For clients using our online payment option, we process payments through a licensed third-party payment gateway. By making an online payment, you also agree to that provider's own terms of service.

Bank transfer payments are manually verified and may take up to 24 business hours to be confirmed. Refunds, where applicable, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our discretion, taking into account work already completed or costs already incurred.

5. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including client projects featured in our portfolio. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

6. Limitation of Liability
